1. Garlic Butter Salmon
Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- Salt & pepper
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp chopped parsley
Instructions
- Season salmon with salt and pepper.
- Melt butter in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and cook 1 minute until fragrant.
- Place salmon skin-side down and cook 4–5 minutes per side.
- Drizzle with lemon juice, sprinkle parsley, and serve.
2. Honey Garlic Salmon
Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- Salt & pepper
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
Instructions
- Mix honey, soy sauce, vinegar, and garlic.
- Season salmon with salt and pepper.
- Sear salmon 3–4 minutes per side.
- Pour sauce over salmon.
- Simmer until sauce thickens and glazes the fish.
- Serve with rice or vegetables.
3. Baked Salmon
Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- Salt & pepper
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp grated ginger
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, garlic, and ginger.
- Place salmon on a tray and pour marinade over.
- Bake 12–15 minutes, until flaky.
- Spoon extra sauce over before serving.
4. Teriyaki Salmon
Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- Salt & pepper
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp grated ginger
Instructions
- Combine soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, garlic, and ginger.
- Sear salmon in a hot pan.
- Pour teriyaki sauce into the skillet.
- Simmer until the sauce thickens and coats the salmon.
- Serve with rice and chopped green onions.
5. Salmon Patties
Ingredients
- 1 lb cooked salmon, flaked
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp parsley
- 1 egg
- Salt & pepper
Instructions
- Combine salmon, breadcrumbs, mayo, onion, mustard, parsley, egg, salt, and pepper.
- Form into patties.
- Fry in a lightly oiled pan for 3–4 min per side until golden.
- Serve with salad or your favorite dipping sauce.
6. Blackened Salmon
Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 tbsp blackening seasoning or Cajun spice
- Salt & pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Rub salmon with seasoning and salt.
- Heat oil over medium-high heat.
- Sear salmon 4–5 minutes per side until charred and cooked.
- Serve with veggies, rice, or salad.
7. Salmon Salad
Ingredients
- 1 cooked salmon fillet, flaked
- 4 cups mixed greens
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1/2 cup red onion (optional)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt & pepper
Instructions
- Add greens, tomatoes, cucumber, and onion to a bowl.
- Place salmon on top.
- Mix oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper for the dressing.
- Drizzle and toss gently.
8. Dijon Baked Salmon
Ingredients
- 1–1½ lbs salmon
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp parsley
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix Dijon, garlic, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Spread over salmon.
- Bake 12–15 minutes until flaky.
- Serve with roasted veggies or rice.
