1. Garlic Butter Salmon

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • Salt & pepper
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Season salmon with salt and pepper.
  2. Melt butter in a pan over medium heat.
