Ingredients
1 whole chicken (1.5-2 kg)
4 tablespoons softened butter
2 tablespoons olive oil
5 cloves minced garlic
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon dried thyme or rosemary
½ teaspoon black pepper
Salt to taste
Optional: potatoes, onions, carrots
Preparation
Prepare the chicken
Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
Dry the chicken thoroughly and season it generously inside and out with salt and pepper.
Prepare the butter and marinade mixture
Combine the butter, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, herbs, and pepper.
