Ingredients:
- 1 kg crab legs
- 6 tbsp melted butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Salt to taste
- Chopped parsley (optional)
- Lemon slices for serving
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Rinse and pat dry the crab legs, then place them on a baking tray.
- In a small bowl, mix together:
melted butter + garlic + lemon juice + paprika + onion powder + black pepper + salt. - Pour the butter mixture over the crab legs, making sure they’re well coated.
- Cover the tray with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5–7 minutes to brown lightly and deepen the flavor.
- Garnish with parsley and serve with lemon slices and extra melted butter.
Serving idea:
Great with butter-lemon rice, roasted potatoes, or toasted bread to soak up the sauce.
