π Ingredients
- 1 store-bought flatbread or naan (10β12 in / 25β30 cm)
- 4 oz (115 g) Brie cheese, sliced or cubed
- ΒΌ cup (35 g) dried cranberries
- ΒΌ cup (30 g) toasted walnuts, chopped
- 1Β½ tbsp (22 ml) hot honey
- Or use regular honey + a pinch of chili flakes

1. Preheat the Oven
Set your oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Assemble the Flatbread
Place the flatbread on the baking sheet.
Top evenly with Brie slices or cubes.
Sprinkle cranberries and toasted walnuts over the surface.
3. Bake
Bake for 8β10 minutes, or until:
- the Brie is melted
- the edges are crisp and golden
4. Finish with Hot Honey
Remove from the oven and drizzle generously with hot honey.
Slice and serve immediately while warm.
