Holiday Cheese Tree with Cranberry

Ingredients:

250 g (9 oz) cream cheese, softened

100 g (3.5 oz) sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

75 g (2.5 oz) goat cheese or feta, crumbled

1 tbsp (15 ml) honey

½ tsp (1 g) garlic powder

¼ cup (30 g) dried cranberries, finely chopped

¼ cup (30 g) shelled pistachios, finely chopped

1 sprig of fresh rosemary, for garnish

Crackers or sliced baguette, for serving

Directions:

In a bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar, goat cheese, honey, and garlic powder. Mix well until smooth and creamy.

Place the mixture on parchment paper and shape it into a small cone or triangular “tree.” Chill for 20 minutes to firm up.

Mix cranberries and pistachios in a shallow dish. Roll or gently press them into the cheese tree to create a festive “garland” pattern.

Garnish with a sprig of rosemary at the top for a tree effect. Serve with crackers or sliced baguette for an elegant holiday centerpiece that’s as delicious as it looks.
