Ingredients:
For the Chicken:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup breadcrumbs (panko preferred)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tbsp olive oil
For the Creamy Garlic Sauce: - 2 tbsp butter
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Prepare the Chicken:
- Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness.
- Mix Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, and paprika in a bowl.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs.
- Dip each chicken breast into the eggs, then coat with the Parmesan mixture.
- Cook the Chicken:
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
- Make the Sauce:
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer for 3–4 minutes, stirring until thickened.
- Combine and Serve:
- Return the chicken to the skillet and spoon the sauce over it.
- Serve warm with pasta, mashed potatoes, or vegetables.
