🛒 Ingredients
For the Pasta
- 400 g penne pasta
- Salt, for boiling
For the Steak & Sauce
- 300 g beef steak, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- ½ red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup beef broth
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp black pepper
- Salt, to taste
- 1 tbsp butter

👨🍳 Instructions
1. Cook the Penne
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
- Add the penne and cook until al dente.
- Drain and set aside.
2. Sear the Steak
- Season the sliced steak with salt and black pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over high heat.
- Sear the steak until browned and cooked to your liking.
- Remove from the pan and set aside.
3. Sauté the Vegetables
- In the same skillet, add the onion, garlic, and bell peppers.
- Sauté until softened, then stir in the butter.
4. Make the Cream Sauce
- Pour in the beef broth and heavy cream.
- Add Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning.
- Simmer for a few minutes until the sauce thickens and becomes creamy.
5. Combine Everything
- Return the seared steak to the pan.
- Add the cooked penne and toss to coat evenly in the sauce.
- Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
6. Serve
Serve hot, with toasted baguette slices on the side if you like.
