Ingredients:
400 g spaghetti
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 onion, finely chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
500 g ground beef (or a mix of beef and pork)
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 can (400 g) crushed tomatoes
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and black pepper, to taste
1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Fresh parsley, minced (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the ground beef and cook until browned. Drain any excess fat.
- Stir in the tomato paste, crushed tomatoes, oregano, basil, paprika, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 20–25 minutes.
- Add the cooked spaghetti to the meat sauce and toss until well coated.
- Transfer to a serving plate and sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
Would you like me to make this into a baked version too (like a cheesy spaghetti casserole), or keep it just as a stovetop pasta?
