Spicy and Delicious Stuffed Peppers


A flavor-packed recipe that combines mild acidity, balanced heat, and a satisfying taste… perfect as a main dish or special dinner.

Ingredients:
4 large bell peppers (red or green)
250g minced meat (beef or chicken)
1 cup half-cooked rice
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 large tomato, chopped
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp chili powder (optional)
½ tsp cumin
Salt and black pepper to taste
2 tbsp olive oil
Chopped parsley or cilantro (optional)
½ cup stock or water
👩‍🍳 Preparation:
Cut off the tops of the peppers and remove the seeds, then wash and set aside.

In a pan, heat the olive oil and sauté the onion until softened. Add the garlic and stir.

Add the ground beef and cook until browned.

Add the tomatoes, tomato paste, spices, salt, and pepper, and cook for 5 minutes.

Add the rice and parsley and mix well.

Stuff the peppers with the mixture and arrange them in a baking dish.

Pour the broth around the peppers and cover the dish with aluminum foil.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 40 minutes, then uncover and brown for an additional 10 minutes.

Serving Instructions:
Serve hot with yogurt or a refreshing green salad.
