- Cooked steak slices
- 1 ripe avocado, sliced
- 2 soft-boiled eggs
- 1 small onion, sliced and sautéed
- Fresh parsley, chopped

1. Prepare the Eggs
Boil eggs for 7 minutes for a soft, jammy center.
Peel and slice.
2. Cook the Steak
Sear the steak in a hot skillet until it reaches your preferred doneness.
Let it rest, then slice into strips.
3. Sauté the Onions
